Staex, Dan-Tech Energy, and Logicalis Announce Strategic Partnership to Strengthen Germany’s Energy & EV Charging Infrastructure.

Staex, Dan-Tech Energy, and Logicalis are proud to announce the launch of GENESIS (Green Energy Network for Efficient, Secure, and Intelligent Stations), a secure and reliable energy ecosystem that goes beyond EV charging infrastructure. The partnership focuses on building a sustainable energy ecosystem that enables new business opportunities by integrating secure connectivity, advanced energy storage, and intelligent digital solutions.
GENESIS combines Staex’s trusted networking technology, Dan-Tech Energy’s battery storage and photovoltaic (PV) solutions, and Logicalis’ expertise in IoT and AI-driven optimization. This initiative will accelerate the adoption of renewable energy sources, create monetization models for stakeholders, and ensure seamless collaboration between businesses and infrastructure providers.
Challenges in Germany’s EV Infrastructure
Germany has set ambitious goals for expanding its EV charging network. As stated in the Charging Infrastructure Masterplan II from October 2022 by the Federal Ministry for Digital and Transport (BMDV):
“One million charging points, which are to be publicly accessible on a non-discriminatory basis by 2030, are to make Germany the leading global market for electric mobility.”
To achieve this, large fuel station chains must install fast chargers by 2028, adding up to 8,000 high-power stations. However, Germany still faces major challenges. As of February 1, 2025, the country has only 125,408 normal charging points and 36,278 fast charging points — far from the target. Many regions, especially outside major cities, still lack sufficient infrastructure, and existing stations suffer from connectivity failures and reliability issues.
The challenge is not just about adding more charging points—it’s about creating an energy ecosystem that is resilient, intelligent, and financially viable. Energy must be used efficiently, integrating on-grid, off-grid, and battery-stored solutions. A trusted and secure way of collaborating between businesses, energy providers, and infrastructure operators is essential to scaling the network and ensuring long-term success.
Adlershof and Beyond: A Trusted Partnership for Secure and Reliable Energy Sources
To address these challenges, GENESIS will launch EV superchargers in Adlershof, Berlin, as a first step toward nationwide expansion. By integrating energy storage, photovoltaic (PV) installations, and AI-powered management, GENESIS ensures a reliable, sustainable energy supply while reducing grid dependency. It combines multiple energy sources—including grid power, off-grid solutions, and battery-stored energy—maximizing cost efficiency and resilience.
However, GENESIS is more than just a charging solution—it is an ecosystem where energy providers, charging operators, and businesses collaborate in a trusted and seamless way. Staex enables secure data exchange and automation, allowing companies to monetize their infrastructure investments and create new revenue streams. Dan-Tech Energy integrates renewable energy and storage to keep stations running efficiently, while Logicalis applies IoT and AI to optimize performance and minimize downtime.
By building this network, GENESIS creates a foundation for new business models, allowing stakeholders to participate in a decentralized, intelligent energy market.
Key Partners Share Their Vision
Dr. Alexandra Mikityuk, CEO of Staex:

Staex is a secure public network for IoT devices that can not run a VPN such as smart meters, IP cameras, and EV chargers. Staex encrypts legacy protocols, reduces mobile data usage, and simplifies building networks with complex topologies through its unique multi-hop architecture. Staex is fully zero-trust meaning that no traffic is allowed unless specified by the device owner which makes it more secure than even some private networks. With this, Staex creates an additional separation layer to provide more security for IoT devices on the Internet, also protecting other Internet services from DDoS attacks that are usually executed on millions of IoT machines.
